A Bearish Week for the dollar(DXY) 7/4/2025

This week we are expecting price to go even lower on the dollar index. Last week we saw very crazy moves downwards following president Trump’s speech on Wednesday. The price went lower than what we had even anticipated, raising eyebrows on whether this is the start of another global recession. During such unpredictable times, we caution that you only trade the most obvious trade setups and limit the number of trades taken. The first level that we will be looking to take our profits incase the price continues going down is level102.802 on the dollar index. The next level of profit that we will be looking to take is level 101.754 on the dollar index. Since we are bearish on the dollar, this means that we are bullish on pairs like Eur/Usd, Gbp/Usd, Xau/Usd etc. Due to the crazy market conditions, we highly advice that you trade cautiously.
